Hunting, owning, loving, mating, hungry, land. Wolves are intresting creations. I love wolves, and all about them! I decided to write them on my blog for you animal-lovers! Here we go!!

10 Amazing Wolf Facts

1. Wolves leave to find a mate/den/territory at the age of 2 years

2. Wolves form a group called a pack

3. Packs are formed by a male and female from there off-spring (THERE pups)

4. By releasing bile (wee) on the floor beside there den alerts other wolves that a male is near by and already has a mate (will kill any intrudors, including pups)

5. A wolves offspring is called a pup(s)

6. Wolves have about 5 or less pups.

7. Wolves hunt deer/rabbit/(HERBIVORES) and rarely another wolves offspring if the wolf is starved.

8. Most of the time the pups will grow up without a dad as the father fought for his life to save his partner and his pups (he sacrificed himself for them)

9. Most of the time 1 out of 5 pups live to the age they need to be to make there on family

10. Dens are normally formed out of a pile of leaves/a hole in trees or caves (a boulder against something (normally at the end of a hill) making a gap for pups and mother wolf)
